Jason S. Hamilton, MD, specializes in the repair of the perforated septum and is the Director of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, for the Osborne Head and Neck Institute based at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Towers, Los Angeles, California. Dr. Hamilton is board-certified in both Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology/ Head & Neck Surgery and has advanced expertise in Craniofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery techniques and restricts his practice to the treatment of these areas exclusively. Dr. Hamilton extensive expertise treating patients with septal perforation disease caused by previous rhinoplasty, septoplasty, facial trauma, chemical injury, drug use, and autoimmune diseases of the nose. He also performs may revision septal perforation surgeries for patient who has have failed previous septal perforation surgery elsewhere. Dr. Ryan F. Osborne

Ryan F. Osborne, MD, FACS is the Director of Head and Neck Surgery at the Osborne Head and Neck Institute (OHNI) and is an internationally renowned expert in Microvascular Reconstructive/Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Osborneā€™s expertise includes the design and harvest of complex vascularized flaps and free tissue grafts used for complex reconstructive cases involving the face, nose, and head & neck regions. During complex reconstructive cases of the nose, working as a team, Dr. Hamilton is able to focus completely on the nose while Dr. Osborne mobilizes grafts that will be used to reconstruct the nasal septum. Dr. Osborne and Dr. Hamilton have collaborated on complex reconstructive cases for over 15 years providing superior outcomes than can be achieved by a single surgeon working alone.
