Although Dr. Hamilton is out of network with all insurances, we can perform surgery at in network facilities. We have a dedicated team ready to advocate for you! We work with all types of insurance companies to make agreements on your behalf to lower your cost. In most cases, insurance patients will still be required to make an upfront contribution to perform the surgery. We also allow you to pay this portion over time on a case by case basis.
